We need versatile, elevated pieces designed to move through real life, not just parts of it. I was tired of lazy designs and poor quality. Deque was created to feel good, look good, and do good; a brand built on more than just what you wear. We're building something different: a world that is unique, playful, cozy, and a little rebellious, where comfort meets presence, and style carries meaning.
At its core, Deque exists to support and protect dogs. Their loyalty is unmatched, and they deserve the same love, safety, and peace they give so freely. Because loyalty deserves protection.
This is deeply personal to me. As a volunteer with Sunshine Therapy Dogs, and a lifelong dog mom including rescues, there is nothing more meaningful than giving these animals the care, safety, and love they deserve.

Steven Lejambe (and Fern)
Steven Lejambe is a Toronto-based couture visionary specializing in elegant silhouettes with unique and curated details. Steven has his own successful label that creates one-of-a-kind garments that are modern and current with classic elements and detailed finishing touches. Each piece is designed and hand crafted in Toronto with the goal to create apparel that is a work of art on the body.
The extension of this to Deque as our main design consultant is second to none and is unlike anything in the market today.
Pictured with Fern (a true Joker), his baby, and one of our esteemed Deque Doge models, Steven's passion extends beyond his brilliant designs. As a fellow dog lover and advocate for animal safety, his contributions are also protecting the pack.
